32 STUDENTS OF MBA VISITED AT VARIETY INDUSTRIES AND V.J. GRANITES

32 students from #MBA II and IV semesters of #JIET along with one faculty member including the Head of the department visited Variety Industries and V.J. Granites at Pali on March 05, 2020. Shri Anil Chaudhary (owner of a Variety Industries) explained to students about the production and #management of Bangles and Khakhra. He also shared the #marketing strategies of his company as well as how he resolved the issue of shortage of labor. Shri. Vikas Jain briefed the students about safety standards that are essential and are followed at the Granite plant. The session was interactive and knowledgeable, students learned a lot. They also showed the various operations and processes at the plant. The visit was a great learning experience where students understood the practical applicability of management concepts.
