JIET Universe is proud to host the SPIC MACAY Shruti Amrat event on the 29th and 30th of April on their campus in Jodhpur. This collaborative event between SPIC MACAY and JIET University is an incredible opportunity for students and public members to experience the richness and beauty of Indian classical music and dance.
The Shruti Amrat event is one such program that showcases the best of Indian classical music and dance. The event will feature renowned artists - T. H. Vinayakram, Selvaganesh Vinayakram, Swaminathan Selvaganesh, Teejan Bai, Tarapada Rajak and group, and Hari Prasad Chaurasia, who specialize in different forms of classical music and dance. This is a rare opportunity for students and music enthusiasts to learn from the experts and deepen their understanding of Indian classical music.
The event is open to everyone, and students from other colleges and universities are encouraged to attend. JIET Universe has made special arrangements for their accommodation and transportation.
तारपाड़ा रजक एंड ग्रुप (छऊ नृत्य)

छऊ एक लोक नृत्य हैं जो पश्चिम बंगाल, ओडिशा एवं झारखंड राज्य में प्रचलित हैं। इस नृत्य में सम्प्रिक प्रथा तथा नृत्य का मिश्रण हैं और इसमें लड़ाई की तकनीक एवं पशु कि गति और चाल को प्रदर्शित करता हैं।

जिसे विक्कू विनायकम के नाम से भी जाना जाता है, एक भारतीय तालवादक है। उन्हें घाटम के देवता के रूप में भी जाना जाता है। वह मिट्टी के घड़े, घाटम के साथ कर्नाटक संगीत बजाते हैं और उन्हें घाटम को लोकप्रिय बनाने का श्रेय दिया जाता है।
स्वामीनाथन सेल्वागणेश तमिल फिल्म उद्योग में एक अग्रणी संगीतकार भी हैं, जो पारंपरिक संगीत और रोमांटिक गाथागीत सहित शैलियों के मनोरम वर्गीकरण में गीतों की रचना करते हैं, और दुनिया भर के संगीतकारों की एक विस्तृत श्रृंखला द्वारा समर्थित हैं। वह कोन्नकोल के भी उस्ताद हैं |
वी. सेल्वगणेश कर्नाटक परंपरा में काम करने वाले एक भारतीय तालवादक हैं और अपनी पीढ़ी के प्रमुख कांजीरा वादकों में से एक हैं।

पंडित हरिप्रसाद चौरसिया ने बांसुरी के जरिए शास्त्रीय संगीत को बहुत लोकप्रिय बनाने का काम किया, इन्हें कई अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्मानों से नवाजा गया। संतूर वादक पंडित शिवशंकर शर्मा के साथ मिलकर ‘शिव-हरि’ नाम से कुछ हिन्दी फ़िल्मों में मधुर संगीत भी दिया।
