Students of final year Electronics and Communication Engineering of JIET Group of Institution have made their final year project title "Water Pollution Monitoring using Internet of Things (IoT)". The #Project was guided by Ms. Laxmi Chaudhary (Associate Prof., ECE). The project was executed by a team of two students namely Akhilesh Sharma and Akshat Mathur. This project is made under the campaign “Swatch Bharat Abhiyan”. This project is about real-time monitoring of water quality and using the concept of IoT (Internet of Things), Raspberry Pi, and sensors. In this project, the water quality is measured using the parameters such as temperature, pH, turbidity, and gas measured by sensor probes. Finally, after processing the data, water quality data can be viewed and monitored over the Internet using a server. By improving the quality of water based on the pollution data on the Internet, we can ensure the supply of pure drinking water for people in both cities and villages.
