CE, JIET organised an industrial visit to Mahadev Enterprise

The civil engineering department, JIET, conducted an industrial visit to Brick Manufacturing Plant at Mahadev Enterprises for the III semester students on September 16, 2021. The students visited two plants– Fly ash brick plant (Semi-automatic) and the Concrete brick plant (Rubber Moulded). The owner of Mahadev enterprises, Mr Brij Raj, gave the student brief information about the Government's new rule of mandatory use of fly bricks in all thermal power plants' 200km peripheral area. Students learnt about the ingredients required, manufacturing procedure of both types of bricks and curing of fly ash brick, stacking of concrete bricks, strength gain. Total 34 students visited the plant under Prof. Kiran Bhoot, HOD- Administration and Mr Ritesh Parihar.
