Overview
This course shall take the learner through the basic concepts of Food Service. At the end of this course, the student shall be able to identify the basic styles of service. Differentiate catering establishments, appreciate table laying skills and methods used in the restaurant. The course is planned for candidates to develop the knowledge and inputs required at the entry and supervisory level of a star hotel.
