With the growing demand for MBA, professionals and many graduates belonging to different domains are practicing to undertake the PG courses and get the degree for themselves. With this degree, people will have a better chance in grabbing a wonderful job with a higher salary package and in both product-based and service-based companies. Owing to all these reasons, the demand for management professionals has skyrocketed in the past years.

However, most of the aspirants are working which is why leaving their jobs and joining for a full-term course is not possible. This has fueled the establishments of several e-learning platforms for MBA courses online or EMBA. With these virtual courses, aspirants can easily complete their degree and manage their work life in the smoothest manner. But the main question is whether EMBA is better than MBA or not!

Since most of you might be wondering what the problem is with studying the management course online, do not worry much because here we will discuss how physical MBA is different from EMBA.

Study materials

We cannot deny that when you will be going to the universities or colleges, you will have a better chance of completing your studies and gaining more knowledge on aspects required for acing the examination. You will have libraries filled with so many books, class notes from the professors, clubs and discussion forums, and so on. Even though you will be provided with all the notes and other materials from the MBA syllabus, the options for study materials are limited. Therefore, preparations need to be done by yourself only.

Career prospective

The career perspective for online MBA is more as compared to the offline programs. This is because you can submit an application about your pursuing education and apply for a job with roles of assistant manager. On the other hand, if we consider the offline programs, you won’t be able to apply for any job unless and until you are done with graduating the PG course. This is one of the main reasons why most aspirants opt for EMBA because they have the opportunity to get enrolled for a job even when you won’t be having the official degree.

Routine discipline

When it comes to the routine maintenance and disciplinary actions, offline MBA is obviously the better option for the aspirants as compared with the EMBA. In the college or university, you will have coaches, teachers, professors, mentors, and other people there to guide you and make sure that you follow all the rules and regulations. However, when it comes to the EMBA courses, the same can’t be said because there won’t be anyone to oversee what you are doing and whether it’s in the right manner or not.

In terms of discipline and routine, here are some of the reasons why an offline MBA is better.

i.  You must have to follow the rules and regulations or otherwise, you have to get disqualified.

ii. There will be teachers, mentors, and other professionals overlooking whether you are living up to the expectations or not.

iii. You will be able to concentrate on the classes properly since there won’t be any disturbing element.

Course fees

Course fees are almost similar for both the MBA and EMBA which is why if you are concerned about the overall costs only, it would be better to opt for the offline program. After all, going to college, staying on campus, and visiting the libraries are some of the best moments that you won’t be able to enjoy with an online program. Sometimes, however, the online MBA courses can come at a lower price fee but it happens usually when there is a special discount going on.

Conclusion

As there are so many different colleges and universities offering the chances to opt between both offline and online MBAs, you need to decide whether you want to carry on your life and do the degree as per your convenience or put effort into the management course just like you did in the UG courses. The Jodhpur Institute of Engineering and Technology will help you improve your career opportunities as it offers both types of MBA courses. So, it won’t matter whether you are working or not, completing the management course and getting a job hike won’t stay a concern anymore.
