Impact of Affordable Housing in India.jpg

Making a house or Home is a dream for every common people in India. From that a word derived from that “Affordable Housing” comes to the action. Affordable housing means housing which is deemed affordable to those with a median household income or below as rated by the national government or a local government by a recognized housing affordability index.

The availability of the low budget scheme housing boosted the demand of affordable housing for the people in India.

In India Government of India also supported the Affordable housing Scheme. In Financial Year 2017-18 Union Budget announces the theme on Transform, Energize and Clean India (TEC). It is mainly focus on the Rural Growth, Infrastructure, Poverty relieve and Affordable Housing. In this budget The Government have vision of “Housing for all by 2022”.

This will change the whole scenario in Real Estate Sector. This will create job opportunities for Civil Engineers in upcoming year. Affordable housing also help in sustainable development of the country. For making affordable housing scheme many Multinational Companies came into the action which requires large number of civil engineers for executing the work perfectly on time. This will create job opportunities for Civil Engineers in future.

Affordable Housing may break the barriers for the common man to buy their own house. This work as the revolution in the Infrastructure of the country. As the plan work perfectly according to the government of India. Then at the end of 2022 mostly all the Indian should effort the house. So, as an Civil engineering I appreciate the Affordable Housing Scheme which is launched by the Government of India in the Financial Year 2017-18.  This will beneficial for all the common man, Civil Engineering students, and boosting up the Indian Economy in future.
