Dr. S. M. Seth
S. M. Seth, a renowned Administrator, Academician, and Researcher
He has an excellent academic career in Civil Engineering. He holds an M.E. Degree specializing in Dam Design, Irrigation Engineering, and Hydraulics from the University of Roorkee 1965. He did his Ph.D. in Hydrology, as a Commonwealth scholar, from Victoria University of Manchester, the U.K., in 1972. A major part of his teaching experience was at the University of Jodhpur and the University of Roorkee (now IIT Roorkee). As a teacher, he made significant contributions to the development of the UNESCO Sponsored P.G. Course in Hydrology at the University of Roorkee. Dr. Seth possesses professional experience of more than 55 years, including teaching & research at the Universities of Roorkee and Manchester (U.K.) and as a Senior Scientist (14 years) and Director (7 years) at the National Institute of Hydrology (NIH), Roorkee covering different areas of hydraulics and hydrology. Dr. Seth, as a professional in the area of hydrology and water resources, has made significant contributions to the establishment of NIH under the Ministry of Water Resources, Government of India, as a UNDP-sponsored project and also in coordination with a number of consultancy/research projects. He has received a number of prestigious awards, namely, the CBIP Award, National Hydrology Award, Brij Mohan Lal Memorial Medal, and Institution of Engineers Medal. JIET Group draws inspiration and guidance from Dr. Seth in expanding the vision and building ethical values.
Ar. Shashikant Singhi
Ar. Shashikant Singhi is a B. Arch (Hons.) from J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai.
He has professional expertise and across-the-board experience in the field of architecture ranging from planning and design to the construction of educational institutions, public buildings, and industrial houses. Some of his prestigious projects include engineering institutes and schools of Jaipur, i.e., Aayojan School of Architecture, Indian Institute of Health Management Research, Maheshwari Public School, and Tagore Public School. Further, he has designed the Jodhpur Institute of Engineering & Technology, Jodhpur, Palawan Engineering College, Chennai, Ranipet Institute of Engineering & Technology, and Bangalore National Highway, Tamil Nadu. He was also involved in the interior designing of the Vidhan Sabha and HDFC, Jaipur, which were considered “Mega Projects” in their own times.
Mr. M.K.M. Shah
Mr. M.K.M. Shah is Chief Finance Officer. Prior to assuming his current position.
He held the post of Senior Manager (Credit and Foreign Exchange) at Punjab National Bank. Shah is also a certified associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. He is an expert in Corporate Finance, Credit Risk Management, Non-Performing Assets Management, Foreign Exchange Management, System Management, Human Resource Management (HRM), Management Information systems (MIS), Planning & Development, Audit & Review, and Quality Circles. He was a member of the core team to get SWIFT implemented in India. Management of Punjab National Bank has rated his performance “Extra Ordinary.” Shah received his bachelor’s degree in Commerce in 1980 and completed his Post Graduation in Social Science in 1982 and Post Graduate Diploma in Labor Laws, Labor Welfare, and Personal Management in 1984 with a “GOLD MEDAL.” He is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB).
Mr. Hari Singh Shekhawat
Mr. Hari Singh Shekhawat is a Civil Engineer with wide-ranging experience
in executing large-sized multidimensional institutional projects. He was associated with Aayojan Architects and was responsible for all ongoing projects, leading a team of 8 engineers. He has successfully executed three Engineering Colleges projects at Chennai, working against all odds in record time with a precise and time-bound schedule. With his multi-talented strengths of handling the workforce and producing output most efficiently, he has completed all academic & residential buildings of the Poornima Group of Colleges and JIET Group of Institutions well in time. The quality of construction has been of A Grade and has not been compromised at any level.
Mrs. Renu Singhi
Mrs. Renu Singhi is a professional cyclist popularly known as the 'Iron lady of Rajasthan.
She has pedaled more than 38,000 km in the past four years. Mrs. Singhi is a Post Graduate in Geography and History and has a good understanding of student psychology, and has great command of counseling and motivating the younger generation. She has been working with JIET as Advisor- Corporate Social Responsibility. She has also been involved in organizing events inside and outside the campus for a variety of purposes, all leading to the gradual growth of the JIET Group of Institutions.
Mr. Mayank Singhi
Mr. Mayank Singhi is the Managing Director of Medipulse Hospital
(Jodhpur’s trusted and well-known healthcare provider) & Chairman -Governing Board of various constituent colleges of JIET Group of Institutions. He completed his education at the Narsee Monjee Institute of management studies. As a founding family member, Mr. Singhi started working with Medipulse Hospital initially as Management Trainee - Hospital Information Systems. He started his career in Healthcare and slowly moved towards the combination of Health tech and SaaS products. He has had exposure to various verticals throughout his career, ranging from - Education, Healthcare.
