The hackathon club consists the student from various stream which focus on the various field to improve and innovate the new things in field of Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, machine learning, block chain technology, Bio Informatics, healthcare technology etc.
The club aims to provide all the available recourse with aim of proper and efficient utilization.
Events under hackathon club are conducted like Reckon-2018, Hackathon-RHoK, Guwahati, Hackathon (IT Day) Jaipur etc.
The Biggest 24 hours' Hackathon of the Suncity reaches its successful end on 17 March 2019.
The high - powered Hackfest witnessed some brain storming sessions, innovative ideas and a superlative display of technical brilliance .

The Data Analytics club provides a platform for JIET students with the skills, knowledge, exposure to thought leaders, and the network to enjoy a successful career in the fast-evolving and fascinating world of Data Analytics including areas such as big data and predictive analytics.
Cloud Computing Club
The Cloud Computing Club is organized with an objective to enhance the knowledge regarding the uses and utilization of cloud and cloud computing. The club also aims at educating the teaching fraternity about the possible avenues to explore in this exciting field of computing.
The Robotics Club is an undergraduate organization that creates, innovate and provide practical knowledge to the students about robots. The club offers indispensible guidance, workshops and tutorials along with tools, equipments, components to enhance practical knowledge in students.
App Development Club
App Development Club is a place for everyone to come learn, work, and even play with mobile and web applications to showcase your work. The club will be working with iOS (Swift language) and Android (java) from start to finish. Apart from this Students will also be able to learn front-end development and graphic design specifically for mobile devices.
TEDx is a global program that is brought to life by thousands of individuals all over the world – which calls for some ground rules. The TEDx Program is designed to help communities, organizations and individuals to spark conversation and connection through local TED-like experiences.
TEDxJIET wants to provide a platform to people who have dreamt of doing something out of the box and have the ideas that are worth sharing. We aim to provide a platform that brings together people from all walks of life under one roof. In a world filled with anger, we must still dare to comfort. The speakers for TEDxJIET are chosen meticulously, to cover diverse field of work. They include great thinkers, innovators, entertainers and performers, all set to satisfy audiences, both local and global.
JIET believes in the development of the students as a whole, and strives to provide a climate that nurtures the holistic development of our students, an environment that is trusting and spontaneous; and encourages flexibility, celebration and recognition. This is achieved through Music & Instrumental Club which covers a wide range of instruments along with the various forms of classical and non-classical music. The word itself alludes rhythm and the artistic flow of beats. Dance is an art, a creative portal, a form of expression and an ever evolving form of art. As the choreography club the aim is to promote the culture of these evolving dance styles ranging from hip hop to classical.

Entrepreneurship Development Club of JIET that focuses on learning by doing. It conducts events which help students understanding the business better. The activities conducted are highly productive and creates a mindset to solve a problem in a realistic manner. The Club functions as a team and students get the exposure of working in a team and thus they build their skills.

Topic : RECKON-JIET Date : 28/01/2018-29/01/2018 Level : National level Description: A 24-hour hackathon was organized in which 258 students registered from all over India and 160 students got selected and attended the hackathon. In collaboration with STAR Association(association of 48 startups of Rajasthan), Mera Gaon Mera Desh(An NGO supporting small businesses in rural Rajasthan), TEDSTART-Jodhpur. 13 startups showed up to judge the event and give motivational talks to the participants.
